How much are you willing to trust your kids?

How much are you willing to trust your kids? Are you willing to let them try and fall and fail and triumph and all over again?
As a mom I gave up fear in favour of trust for the most part. Yes, I do manage to keep them alive, but I’d rather choose aware than careful all the time.
The Access tools gave me that extra perspective of seeing my kids as infinite beings in small bodies. If they are infinite beings is it worthwhile giving them their own choice for trial and error?
These tools gave me the freedom to get out of automatic responses as a parent, as I wanted to create something new with my kids and not more of the same control and fear and doubt and blame that we are taught to function from as a parent.
